Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For any significant delay in the delivery of your order, you may get in touch directly with the seller for information.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges will be identified by the seller, depending on the method agreed upon. The fees will be calculated based on the item and shipping destination. We recommend the following shipping methods for your convenience:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, the seller must notify you and provide you with your tracking number. Depending on the shipment method, you may track and check the status of your package on the couriers’ respective websites.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
TechCoin Deals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
TechCoin Deals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, you may directly send a dispute to the shipment carrier. Prior to filing a claim or dispute to the courier, all packaging materials, together with the damaged goods, must be saved for proper documentation.
TechCoin Deals allows shipping worldwide; however, some items may not be eligible for international shipping. You can confirm with the seller if a particular product can be shipped internationally.
TechCoin Deals allows you fifteen (15) days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product to the seller within this time frame at your own expense.
The seller will arrange a refund or replacement once the unwanted items are received. All returned items may be posted on the website again for selling or bidding.
